Well, the DVDs have given us all a wealth of new inspiration....so here's my being undisciplined and giving in. :o) Right now, I'm planning to cover Jim's talking head in "The Client," the Sasha story, Jim visiting the BB online from the Pochonos, and I'd also like to revisit "The Secret" in light of some of what JK said on the commentary. Squee!

I bought a new suit and cancelled a plane ticket.Wow, this is so good, so poignant and understated and beautiful.
This is along the same lines as my other Away From the Cameras, in the sense that I'm exploring scenes that might have happened off-camera (or simply those that we didn't get to see).
A few things: First, I'm working on the assumption that a lot of what I wrote in the AFtC for season II stands (though I likely won't reference any of it here), up until Casino Night. (Clearly I was quite off about what happened after the kiss...heh.)
Second, there will be flashbacks filling in the blanks of what happened immediately after CN (how long did Jim work? how did he and Pam ultimately leave things? how did she end things with Roy? how did Jim find out about her cancelling the wedding?); the flashbacks will happen largely in the chapters pre-merger (to keep things interesting for Jim/Pam fans during their physical separation).
Wow, your writing is brilliant and so painful and dizzyingly romantic! Your portryal of Jim's perspective was so touching and I love the imagined (away from the camera) scenes, none of them seemed forced or untrue. Great work!

This is so cool. I loved the multiple POVs, Angela's was pitch perfect. I actually really liked the angst- but I loved that subtly fluffy (is that an oxymoron?) scene at the end even more. Pls write more fics! And the Angela bitch fight? Classic!

This fic is awesome! I was a little bit hesitant, purely because I wasnt so sure how much I could enjoy a story with a setting far away from Scranton but I have to say, Im really enjoying this fic. The way you write Jim and Pam is so organic and true! Eagerly anticipating for more!

Omygosh! This is so much fun!!! I was initially very wary of this fic- not a particular fan of Pirates of the Carribean and the like, but decided to try at least the first chapter- which btw, was absolutely absorbing, and hilarious- not to mention dizzingly romantic! I'm eagerly awaiting the next chapter!
