Okay, take this as a compliment. You write boring very well, like one of the best people on this site. You pull off "casual" for them in a totally believable way. It irks me when people have them living normal lives in fics and they're completely dramatic or sappy or just way unrealistic. But this is totally great. And I love that this update came on the day that I've been celebrating some of your fics, lol. I swear on everything I read Baby Talk pretty much straight through about four hours ago, haha. Over a plate of fried chicken, ironically. Kinda like wings, I guess. Anyway, awesome job. I can't wait for the next chapter, this was pretty cute! =)

For some inexplicable reason, the S2/3 angst seems to have become more intense for me since 'Niagara', but in such a good way, I think because it *is* so good to think of them happy now :)

Ah, that was great. I refuse to believe that they haven't had a funny conversation about the baby being a "surprise," especially after seeing interaction with Helene in Double Date. So, very in-character for them for sure. Nice job, as always. =)

i love this story. what a great way to wrap it up! and your debut into M-rated stuff went over just fine with me. i love that jim says this is the "most upset" pam has ever been. and by the end, her blood pressure is stable, most likely because when you're with the one your happiest with, and that you love the most, you might meet the extremes of emotions. if you're the most passionate about a certain person, he might make you really, really unhappy at times, but apparently he knows how to reverse that completely too.

also, this entire issue and fight was brought by two things -- complete chance (the fact that the company is failing, not something either of them chose) and the fact that they love each other so damn much! she misses him and wants to know what's going on and share his troubles and work as a team, and he just wants to make things better, take care of her blood pressure, and bring a healthy baby into a happy family. this is such a sweet idea, and i just love your story even more after thinking all of this through. good job, and as always, i can't wait to see what you have for us next. :)

Yanana, you're so great.  I enjoy your writing so much so hearing you say these things is so nice.  I love especially what you're saying about the one you love making you feel the most extreme emotions.  I think there are two distinct ways of looking at what Jim was noticing, right? I mean he was feeling horrible that HE had been the one to cause Pa so much incredible pain, but in all honesty...looking at it objectively, that also probably means she's never loved anyone the way she loves him.

this is one of the best, simplest things i've read in so long here. cheers to you, this place needs more things like this piece. the ending made my heart skip, i'm not gonna lie. thanks for bringing back season 2/3 with this! amazing.

I was elated to see something new in the archive from you! I love whatever you write, no exceptions. And this was just great. Someone else said this, too, but the detail of Jim removing Pam's glasses struck a chord. I love that detail. It's the line that I try to stay on when I attempt writing Jim, and it's the same vein that other authors try and it's just... Ugh, rambling -- keep doing what you're doing here. I love your tones and details, always. Keep it up.
