so about a month ago I discovered this site and read everything I could get my hands on including this story. Of course I didn't know you could bookmark and couldn't remember the title so I've spent all week desperately searching for this and HERE IT IS!!!! I'm sure I'm late to the party, but I just love this story. Now I'm adding it to my faves and leaving a bit of love.
I always thought Pam breaking down in Boys and Girls was a great catalyst that never really came to fruition on the show, so thanks for that angle I never got to see. And that sexual tension. That's pretty hot too :)

loved this! poor jam with all of the miscommunication, but i feel like this is an accurate depiction of something they would go through. and part 2! i need it, like pam needs some "attention" from jim ;)

10 so, i had short day at work and kept thinking to myself 'maybe when i get home part 4 will be there'. then lo and behold it was, so i was a good girl and paid all the bills online and laundry cause i knew i wanted to read this guilt free...it was soooooo worth it. i have no other words, but thank you. it's been a cruddy month and even though there was all the angst, it was so worth it for this last chapter and it's put a smile on my face this past week.

And don't think that "six weeks" comment in the deleted scene got by this girl!10 it's been awhile since i've reviewed a story, but i've got to take a minute and just...guh. i mean, i read it. then i read it again. and it just gets more and more perfect. it truly is one of the best. the rollercoaster of pam's wanting to be a good wife, but a good mom as well, and her struggle to find a balance was just right. i've never been through that myself, but friends of mine tell me it's real and i just think it was captured so well. thanks so much for sharing!

I really didn't mean for it to end up this long... But I sat down to write it out and it just all happened so fast! NanReg, I know you love your first date fics, so... Happy birthday, lady. :)10 i love this. i just love everything about this. i could pinpoint moments, like jim's drunken "i love you" and the fact that pam does remember more than she was letting on, but basically my brain has turned into jam mush. so just know that i love this.
10 can i just say that i am truly enjoying this story. i've always loved the where jim and pam meet in different circumstances, especially when they're younger. and you're also doing a great job in making me miss my college days. dreadfully miss them ;)

10 all good things must come to an end. I too, could read chapter after chapter of their first date, but this felt like a natural ending. loved the kiss at the door and pam inviting jim in. it's as if their date never really ended and you can leave it up to the reader to decide what happens next. thanks for making this one of my favorite "first date" fics!
