Yeah, I debated about that -- but honestly, even though this will fully be AU, I still find myself needing to present a scenario in which Pam's later actions in the story (ahem) could be justifiable -- or perhaps plausible is the right word.... :o)

Wow. That was a doozy. My favorite part was the Jim/pam moment/declaration when Jim was imprisoned. Best part ever! :) Althought there were a lot of twists and turns. Great job! :)
What if Jim and Pam erased all memories of each other? Would they be able to start again? How would Roy and Karen react? Set post-Season Two and loosely based off ideas from the film "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind."

part of me really finds it cute that he hasn't! I mean it's plausible he never has considering what kind of guy he is. What is also interesting is how the gender roles are seemingly reversed because generally it's the experienced guy who is helping along the unexperienced girl.
