What else can I tell you, I am a musical theatre major with a minor in history. I dance and I work at a dance studio as the receptionist. I like to think that makes me a little closer to Pam. And I've been modeling a bit recently. I am hopelessly in love and try my best to use real life in my stories. I spend too much time on the internet...waay too much.

MEMBER'S CHOICE - An alternate universe where Pam and Roy had a wedding, Pam goes to art school in New York, Dwight owns a restaurant and Jim works for a job in advertising that he likes a lot more and gets a lot more money at.
Basically? Dunder Mifflin never exists. And everyone meets under different circumstances.
The characters are pretty much the same -- personality-wise -- they just have different roles and work different jobs.
I'm totally loving this, it is a lovely way to spend my afternoon...
i just wanted to say that when I was reading Jim's directions to his house I was picturing this corner in the village, near washington square...except instead of a pizza place it's a porn shop...haha

I am a huge fan of AUs and this one is being done so astonishingly well...I can not wait for what you've got next.
p.s. I love nothing more than Karen being the evil, gold digging ex-wife...I didn't expect that at all.

I was thinking about this story all night and how incredibly amazing it is. I thought about the idea of Jim Halpert as this suave businessman living all alone in the city, spending Christmas by himself in another country and it seriously upset me. In the most perfect way of course. You made me want the simple things for him, where in the show you almost want him to have the swanky job and the fancy apartment...but here, you wish him cupcakes. And Pam. Of course Pam.
I am so completely in love with this world you've created. Awesome awesome awesome...

Oh boy youve got more for us?? seriously? this story is just amazing. I envy your ability to update quickly and to have such a drawn out plot...I mean 18 chapters and you've still got more? I'm so very impressed.
Author's Response: I'm not going to lie. I surprised myself with the 18 chapters (and actually, I have up to 25 so far). I have no idea when I'm going to end...unfortunately, I also don't know how I'm going to end it. I keep getting these new ideas that pushes that ending back a little bit more! :/ Haha! I'm glad that you're enjoying it though, as long as you readers don't tire of it, I can keep going. :)
I am very relieved. I was so worried it was going to be all sordid with like kids and money laundering and all kinds of mess...phew.
also, I felt queasy the entire chapter thinking about all that stinking tequila....uuugggh. bad times.
Why in the world would we throw rocks at you!? That chapter is wonderful...Jim did exactly what he was supposed to do.
Just to reassure you, I have been hospitalized several times in the past few years for all sorts of female issues...and every time my fiance brings me flowers, and being a boy he doesn't know what to say, but he doesn't have to say anything, I just need him.

Author's Response: Aww, thanks Pampong! When I started writing this I intended it to be shorter and really focused more on Pam becoming anti-marriage and how Jim felt about that... it kind of took a life of its own once I brought in everyone from the office... they certainly bring the party. ;)
