Amazing. I usually can't stand stories that have them saying "I love you" right off the bat--seems so unrealistic. But you made it work. Good job.

This episode was so hard for me to watch--Pam was so stinkin' awkward and it made me nervous. I love what you've done with this. It's completely her character to go home and do this sort of thing.
And if you actually counted all those days, kudos. I'll just take your word for it. :)

Pam just killed me - coupled w/Jenna's cold which oddly made it even better for me. I just got over the world's worst cold and I couldn't feel more awful. I'm so glad you liked my little "afterwards."

This is my take on Pam's motivation for leaving the wedding with Roy. Only Pam and Roy are in this story, but I am very much in the Jim/Pam camp so it is safe for JAM fans too. I know I have been absent for awhile. This episode pushed me out of hibernation. this almost made me cry! I just feel so bad for all those characters--everyone wanting someone else. :) so good!

I was completely uncomfortable during the entire Karen/Jim fight. Perfect. And I love how Jim's coming to his senses about how yeah maybe he's used these girls.
But oh: Their palms kiss for just an instant before separating again. Love love love it.
I love reading this story. This is one of the few post-Cocktails stories that I don't have to jog my memory for or reread past chapters. I look forward to these updates! :) Great job!
Ha! When I read your first sentence I was like, "Oh no!" but I'm glad it was a good thing for you :) And thank you so much for mentioning the line about the hand-holding. That was starblossom56's idea. I originally had Jim putting his hand on the small of Pam's back, but SB suggested that I have their hands brush and I loved the idea, so I'm glad it worked!

I love the other characters--they're all different and they really add to the story. I'm glad that you've decided to add in conversation between other people and not just have it be the two of them all the time, although I did enjoy the messaging between the two of them.
Definitely looking forward to more.
