10 The ultimate, awful, logical progression of the "Cyrano" story. Awful, awful, awful. As usual, you captured it beautifully. Jim is, in fact, perfect.

There is a kind of art to them. (Jim and Pam and traditional glassblowing.)9 Poor Jim, how she tortures him. Poor Pam, who can't figure out what she needs. This piece is like dark water, with so much just under the surface.

I wrote this at the end of season 2 and thought that it could apply to season 3 as well. Takes place mid-season 2 or 3.

9 Wow. The repetition is such a cool device; it creates a pulse for this piece that really ramps up the tension. Nice choice of "hearing" for Jim, and "feeling" for Pam, too- since stereotypically men are more physical and women more emotional, it really rings true. Excellent job for your first fic. Write more!
She always wrapped herself safely in layers of the known. Routine. Contentment. Even when it meant her own unhappiness.

This has such an unusual style, but it works really well. It's almost impressionistic. It's definitely poetic. Beautiful.

10 I love that fanfic has created a million and one ways that Jim knows he loves Pam- at first sight, slowly but surely, etc.- but this is one of my favorites. He's halfway there and then gets hit with it. Lovely in tone and style. As usual!
