I love carnations- they have a unique almost spicy scent that is so different from any other flower... so I like Jim buying them for Pam.
The Language Of Flowers concept is so cool and I'm happy you used it. Very happy. :)
Author's Response:
I think carnations are pretty, but I can't picture their smell. Next time I'm in the store, I'll have to have a smell.
I'd never heard anything about Flower Meanings, but I think its a really cool idea.
Thanks for the review, so glad you enjoyed it! :)

I love fic that is not only sad/sweet/angsty to read but where you learn something too! As those cute fake PSA's said, "TMYK!"
Author's Response: Haha. Yes. This is what spending time at Wikipedia creates. Informative fanfic. They should do more PSAs - perfect valentine for unrequieted love - striped carnations. i loved those fake PSAs

Yeah, why don't they make a card for unrequited love? The bit about the striped carnations -- aww!
Author's Response:
Well, I will just have to go work at hallmark and make them make that card. I have a feeling it will sell out!
Thanks!

Oh, very sweet! You really can't go wrong with flowers (a sentiment my husband seems to have forgotten). Very nice!
Author's Response: Tell hubby to go buy flowers now. I will admit, this most recent Valentine's the only flower I got was from someone handing them out on the street to every female. And I still treasured it, keeping it on my desk, until it was totally way past wilted.

Author's Response: Okay, I admit I squealed with happiness when you reviewed. Cause, I like your reviews and you were the first review. So, whatever. But yep, as soon as I read it, I knew it had to be incorporated into a story.
