This is smut. Serious, hard-core, unapologetic, squirm in your seat, not-safe-for-work, wild and unhinihibited smut, punctuated by merciless and heart-wrenching angst. In a couple of chapters, there will be smutty angst, and in others, angsty smut. There's even a couple of chapters with no smut at all and some fluff-happy-funny mixed in! But it all ends with a happy bang! Haw. You were warned.

This is an idea I've had for a long time. It is inspired by the very end of the Six Feet Under series finale (hence the title), and it seems that the 55 word style would be perfect for it. Each chapter will focus on a different Office character. 20 chapters are planned.

Okay, so by now I'm pretty sure most people on this site know I ferveretnly disagree with your take on the whole Jim/Karen relationship. However, even though I don't agree Karen would have been this traumatized by the break up, I do love how you've bulit this story around the premise that she did. I'll post this to the Karen thread too, but I like how you left Jim out of the story. Because it really has nothing to do with him and the break up, but rather Karen finding out that her "Jim" didn't turn out to be the guy she'd try'd to have a relationship with. It felt like you were parralleling the Roy/Pam/Jim triangle here where the girl was with aguy who, for one reason or another couldn't invest in her the way she needed and it was her friend who turned out to be the one she was meant to connect with. Well done. Oh, and I really liked how you paid respects to the significance of anal sex and what it means to engage in it.
