That's so clever how you put the epilogue at the beginning! I love those time-warps.

This was really nice...I especially liked your glimpses into the people who have happiness within their reach, but don't know how to grab hold of it. You went very deep with very few words. Very good writing.

--Strider

Author's Response: Thanks! I'm glad you liked it! Angela and Michael break my heart, and are so interesting to me, because both of them could be happy, they just have to let themselves. Michael has to stop being so shallow, and Angela has to stop being so judgemental of everyone, including herself.

This was exquisite. I am deeply impressed by the way you so truly intertwined love and grief and loss and gratitude. Life is like that...the deeper we love, the deeper we grieve, and you showed that both with Pam and with those who loved her. The way you brought it full circle at the end was breathtaking. What an excellent and powerfully emotional piece. Thank you!

--Strider

Author's Response: Wow, thank you for your incredibly kind words Strider. I\'m so glad you enjoyed this. I was a little nervous that this was too much sadness for the Jim/Pam universe, but it was screaming to be written, and I couldn\'t ignore that. Thank you so much for reading and reviewing!
