Could be kinda in response to The Injury challenge. Jim suddenly has a lot of time to contemplate and reminisce. 
9 So sweet. I always like the getting-together scenarios that have some banter and not all sap (or angst!). You capture the contrast between the past and the present situations very well; knowing what they overcame to be together makes this struggle even more poignant.

9 Oh! Lovely. I can totally see Jim trying to harden his heart against Pam in self-defense. Pam's drifting feels totally and completely real, here, too. I think she really doesn't know how much she gets from Jim and how he makes the rest of her life OK. Thank goodness for the note of hope at the end, or this would be incredibly bleak!
8 Adorable. Jan being flinty and Kelly being...Kelly, and yet they are so sympathetic and complementary here. Excellent pairing!
