A collection of brief everyday moments: sleeping, showering, working, eating...(sounds exciting, huh?)
Each part is a mini-one shot (i.e., not a WIP with one ongoing narrative); no spoilers.
1 I've just always loved this image of Pam padding after him into the shower and this sort of quiet, intimate moment they have.
This is an idea I've had for a long time. It is inspired by the very end of the Six Feet Under series finale (hence the title), and it seems that the 55 word style would be perfect for it. Each chapter will focus on a different Office character. 20 chapters are planned.

After a scare, Jim ends up in the hospital. Fortunately, pranks always make the day a little bit brighter. Spoilers for 'The Job'.

“But Harry Potter is fictional,” Jim reasoned. “And he has Skelo-Grow.”
“I have Skelo-Grow.”
“No. You don’t.” Jim looked bemused.
Dwight pulled a bottle out of his pocket. “Oh yeah? Then what’s this?”
“Bleach.”
Dwight gave a slightly disturbing smile. “That’s to fool the Muggles.”
1 This was highly entertaining. Much as I love a good JAM hurt/comfort fic, it does feel very them that they'd take advantage of Jim's injuries to screw with Dwight.

Last night's premiere was full of so much Jammy (or PB&J) goodness that I had to let it out somehow.
Obviously very spoilierish if you haven't seen the episode yet.
1 This feels very them in these heady days of their relationship - still embracing the banter but allowing it to devolve into open expressions of love instead of awkwardness.

My (second?) contribution to the Money post-ep business. Jim and Pam have dinner and something's a little off.
1 As fundamentally cheerful as S4 was, it feels like there had to have been some moments like this that we didn't see. Thank you for writing one.
"I would just go home from work and lay in my room and stare at the ceiling, and like I could feel how long my life was going to be" - really, all of Jim's dialogue in this is so cutting.
1 This was a lot of fun - we get basically no canon discussion of Jim and Pam's past after they get together, and it's fascinating to see how they might view it from the perspective of Season 4. And the stolen DVD plot was hilarious - well worth the writing of the two scripts.
