8 This was just great, totally IC and plausible. And right in my line of thinking that they would not have wanted to wait a moment to come together.
58 Pam wishes she had loved Jim all her life, and Jim rises to the challenge. Pure fluff.10 I loved this so much. What wonderful gifts! I have a 'jim' that I found late in life, and have also wished we'd been together all the years we weren't. This is just lovely, and so IC.
What if Pam had been much stronger - bolder - throughout season three? AU because I'm not following much of the S3 storyline, but that's when this is basically taking place. Some spoilers (S3).
This was weird, and a waste of time. Both of them were unbelievable, so far out of character as to be painful. I just kept waiting for it to get better, and it just ... ended. :

I've read a lot of post The Job stories, many of which had them waiting, sometimes for months, and I was always breathing out 'oh BS', because you just knew that the angst of those YEARS of longing would bring them together that night (if not sooner, although the stairs were not on my radar... good job). You just knew they were going to come together like fire and petrol, no matter what they had to work out between them.
Lovely, and very hot.

Nope, nope, nope
Roy's thought process after Pam tells him about her kiss with Jim on Casino Night, what leads him to attack Jim at the office.
This was a thorny little story to write. Even though I spent a long time hating Roy's guts I just love to take the unpopular side, and even though there aren't many fics written from Roy's POV, I hope you'll read and like this anyway.
9 Roy was that guy who peaked in high school, a blue collar worker who tried to keep his glory days active by guys' nights, poker, and heavy drinking to mask his disappointments with life. He didn't really come across as a bad guy, but rather one that just wasn't growing up, and who was more concerned about himself than Pam, even to the point of trying to keep her down so she wouldn't soar above his set station in life. I liked story a lot, as it seemed to be IC with how I viewed Roy, as not a bad guy overall, but someone who needed to mature, and who just wasn't right for Pam. I'm glad The Office later showed him making an adult path for himself, happier with a different woman, willing to go to lengths to make her happy. Pam was a bit put out, but sometimes a breakup is a wake-up call, as it seemed to be for Roy.
Anyway, great job here. I liked it.
Jim and Pam, moments from each month, starting with May 2007. Just sort of filling in some blanks. Some fluff, a little angst here and there. Eventually I'll get through a whole year. Spoilers through "The Job," I guess. 6 It wasn't badly written, but this first chapter just didn't ring IC for me. Once he made that decision to leave Karen, and ask Pam out, and especially after buying the ring a week later, I just don't see it being hot and cold between them. I do see them putting off the hard talks, because communication was always their problem, but their hearts were in the same place at the same time, and it would have more likely been like falling into the familiar pattern of "them".
Omg. I miss Dan and Casey so much, and this was just the best. I'd love to see a follow-up where season 9 Jim talks to Dan again. :D

Pam moved to New York instead of starting work at Dunder Mifflin. Years later she returns and she meets Jim, but they're at very different points in their lives.9 This was a well told story. Very captivating, and enjoyable read.

Jim and Pam deal with the stuff that comes with being on a hit show...talk shows, radio call-ins, and press junkets. They say there's no such thing as bad publicity, but is that really the case? Watch as Jim and Pam deal with being in the public eye and under the thumb of manipulative network producers. The story is told through interviews, transcripts, web pages and photos.
9 I really enjoyed reading this. A lot of care seems to have gone into making sure it was true to both the characters younger, and then older, 'voices'.
The only disappointment was the pictures were broken, so it took away from those chapters, especially the big one, that I can only assume had to do with Karen(?) and left the reader hanging a bit.
But overall, well done.
