Aw! This was adorable! It's definitely my favorite chapter yet, and you know how I love this story. Thanks so much for ignoring work for me! I needed it today.

Also, can I just say that my very favorite part of this fic is the sheer number of times I go "Ha! That's how she's gonna do that!" or "Oh! So-and-so is going to be him/her!" as I'm reading every chapter. It's like bonus presents inside of an already great story. Keep up the good work! :)

Oh, I loved this. I think I say that every time you update, but it's totally true. And it's fun to have the jump in time, so that she's 15 now. It makes me wonder how far you're going to take this. Nice job, as always, McGigi!

Awesome! I'm so excited for them to be going to college, and I love that Pam's already thinking about how conversation would be so much easier with Jim. Way to speed up that story line! ;)

Also, I happen to love Karen Stuart b/c I've always seriously hated Christine, and even though I do like Karen sometimes, it's nice every once in awhile to be able to just out and out hate her. Is that mean? 

Okay, I usually manage to contain my laughter when I'm reading around other people because they'll inevitably ask me what's so funny, but this:

She wants to take a hit out on Elliot’s life but she decides that may not be the smartest way to start a new career

just did me in.

That's not what I meant to say though, what I meant to say is: I am in love with this story and cannot wait for more! You totally just made my day.

Hallelujah! I am sooooo glad you're writing this it's like tonight's goodness gets to keep going and going and going. And I love your take on it. Especially the cute stuff with Karen, because that was truly one of my favorite  Jim/Karen moments ever. Basically I love you, this story, and everything even remotely associated with the office right now. That is all.

First of all, your username is awesome.  (I've said that before, I think, so forgive me for being redundant.)  Second, THANK YOU for reviewing! I figured it was completely asinine to post a fic tonight (as even MY head is spinning - I just work it out by writing).  Third, I'm really glad you liked the Karen stuff.  The thing is that - now that the writers have GIVEN THE PEOPLE WHAT THEY WANT (at least this person), I see that they really have cultivated all these sweet moments between Jim and Karen. I've very grudgingly acknowledged them all season, and tonight as well.  But when it comes down to it, what they share just does not compare to what he shares with Pam - period. 

And really, I had intended to write about the episode as soon as I saw it, but the whole Jim being proud of her thing didn't hit me until I paused it on JK's face - guh, heartbreaking.  (And not just because he's, you know, dreamy and all....)

I really think good things are ahead for the finale!

As for me - working on chapter two (Pam's p.o.v.) as we speak....

So you know how much I love this story, but I've gotta say, this chapter is particularly good. I love that the last scene was so hard for both of them. Of course, I wanted them to just talk it out, but for some reason I loved it even more when they just couldn't do it. Well done!

Aw! This was really sweet. I love that she's so happy in the end. That's such a good way to link her speech with the bus ride, which I was having trouble connecting at first. Loved it!

Author's Response: I'm actually one who thinks the final bus ride was supposed to be a flashback (like the end of Diwali, for example), but I thought she looked positively joyful when she skipped out of the circle to walk in the water. Thank you so very much!

You know, sometimes you just have to write what you just have to write. And sometimes you have to go do real life things too. Anyway, that was my long way of saying I will take what I can get because I totally understand when it takes longer to update than you'd like (or longer than your readers would like.)

Plus, this chapter was fantastically good. Can't wait for more!
