Inspired by something I noticed about the "Casino Night" kiss.
An Office-based parody of The Princess Bride.I have decided to expand on the idea of Codename: Chicken Plate. This will be my take on the emails, phone calls and conversations we missed over the summer and for the first part of Season 3 (until Pam and Jim actually communicate themselves) My idea is that Jim knows exactly what happened between Pam and Roy and knows exactly what is going on in Pam's life right now even if WE don't see it.
This is a story about the Merger, and how Pam deals with it and her feelings.
The more things change - the more they stay the same.

Casino Night ended slightly differently, so Pam and Jim are still on friendly terms when he heads for Australia. She makes a point to keep him up to date with what's going on on the home front. Jim finds strength. Again.
