Post-"Gay Witch Hunt"; Pam's growing up and realizing that if you want something, sometimes you have to fight for it.I have decided to expand on the idea of Codename: Chicken Plate. This will be my take on the emails, phone calls and conversations we missed over the summer and for the first part of Season 3 (until Pam and Jim actually communicate themselves) My idea is that Jim knows exactly what happened between Pam and Roy and knows exactly what is going on in Pam's life right now even if WE don't see it.
