You really know how to get inside Pam's head! I love the progression from tiny steps of honesty to the big Beach Day speech. But what I love the most is that you recognize that she needed Jim and Roy. A reminder that the bad stuff has it's purpose, too.

Yet another story inspired by a song by Ingrid Michaelson called Breakable. I really wanted to tell a story about people being just that -- breakable, and ultimately how grace helps keep us from falling apart. So yeah -- a nice fluffy holiday piece. ;-)A little confused, but a lot intrigued.
And a little sad to read no fluff.
But I'll keep reading, because you sucked me in!

10 is it sad that i LOVE build-a-bear and honestly wouldn't mind working there? though that's mostly because I'd love to make guys like Jim who get their butts dragged in there by their girlfriends make wishes on little pink hearts and do the hokey pokey to make sure they come true. ^_^

10 What you have done with this favorite (albeit, cliched) poem is nothing short of amazing! I never realized how well it applies to this whole Jim/Pam/Karen love triangle. It was definitely angsty in the begining, but in such a good way. The writing style is different, but it is perfect for the tone you've set. Way to pack a punch in just a few words! When I read the first line of chapter 19, I broke down in tears. I literally sobbed for a few minutes before I continued reading. This is just outstanding!

9 Ok, I've read it three times, and apparently, my mind is unable to comprehend any fic that doesn't end in happy jam because I still don't get it. But I can tell it's a defense mechanism. My mind just doesn't want to get it. You get it?
