i just have to tell you that i REALLY love this. how i wish the show could be like this haha. i guess that's why we have fanfic :) really though, good stuff.

aww! i love this SO much. i really love the comparison to Roy at the beginning, and his desire to settle things and not let it be between them. then when Pam threatens to beat up Karen i almost DIED laughing! so great. i also love how you had them address the fact that their banter is just them. and that it's wonderful. you write it very well! great chapter!!!

awww. that last line is killer. it's really bittersweet, but precious. this is a great scenario. i hope they get outted on the show soon :) dwangela babies would be awesome! 

Author's Response: Oh, those poor children. Seriously, though, I'm glad you liked it and that it wasn't too bitter. I can't seem to go all out with the angst, but honestly I like it better this way.

this is SO great. i just love that we get to see what was going on in his mind during this drive.  we didn't get to see much of it in the episode, but that look on his face seems to lead directly to his fic. i love how excited he is about everything and how you're constantly going from his love/lust for pam to what's actually going on around him in the car. it's funny and sweet and very Jim Halpert. great work.

the punctuation makes it perfect. i also love that he is  so confused by the fact that things are so close to what used to be normal for them that he's worried.  But that's what he fell in love with, that easy sweet banter between them. This is written so beautifully. i love it. 

oh my goodness. you're such a tease. you know what we were all thinking when we read the chapter title. then you outdid yourself by writing a wonderfully non-cheesy chapter that was NOT about proposal but alluded to it. good job. i love how jim's nervously trying to present Hope in just the right way and pam's reaction of "you jerk!" is perfect!

that's pretty much all i have to say about this.

oh my goodness this is precious. i really love it :) i would like to go on in detail but i just can't. it's too good. there's a giant grin on my face, if that tells you anything. 

wow. i really like this. i don't want to. i want to be happy with my fluffy jam. but i have to love it. because you're right. jim's a good guy. he didn't mean to hurt karen, but she OBVIOUSLY has feelings for him and he wouldn't just throw that away... he'd try to fix it. but i really don't think there's any way he can. i'm excited to see where you take this. it's very well written. you did a good job of capturing something we die hard jam-shippers tend to miss: karen's feelings for jim were real. it's hard to be upset at pam for being fancy new beesly and speaking her mind at the beach, but they could all take some lessons in timing. anyway, after a year long review, i'm looking forward to more of this. you're off to a great start.
