Haha! Well, let me clarify. by MY care bear, I mean the little girl I babysit. She called me mommy as she was falling asleep today. I 'have' 7 kids if you count that way. I consider them my kids well, since I am weird like that. And everyone does think I am thier mommy (even though for some of them was ten when they were born).

I'm so glad you wrote this...it was awesome. I kept picturing it at my country club though, and the billiards room has huge windows overlooking the golf course, so the whole time I was thinking, "wait! someone might be watching guys!!" haha.

Haha!! I kept thinking about little ways that I could get them caught while I was writing it (like video cameras, someone just walking in, peering through windows...) but then I decided that it would be way too complicated, so I didn't.

I realize this was not your point, but It's what I got.
Also, I too have a man too involved in his sports. God help me if UT or the Braves don't play well because dammit I'm gonna have a five-year old brat to deal with for at least an hour.
Sibilate calls me Cosmo-girl because I always have comments from Cosmo after I read smut...and here's another one. There was this article about a year ago about different ways to please your man depending on his mood. Pam was exactly right...you're supposed to please him when he's had a bad day or his team lost etc. If he had one however, she's supposed to let him take charge, you know "be the man." I just thought you might like to know. ;)

I had to get her to say "I'm not preggers" without actually saying it, so I had to resort to a little dramatic cheese. well I guess for you that can be considered a happy ending, so I'll give you that much...
I liked it, I actually did. The only thing that came across a little cheesy to me was the whiskey thing. I chuckled to myself at the image of Karen tossing her head back dramatically with a bottle.
But this was very interesting...I've always had that thought in the back of my mind of what might happen if Karen turned up pregnant post "the job"

I decided to write a sequel to Charcoal & Watercolors !!!!
The story picks up right about where Charcoal & Watercolors left off -- Jim and Pam's wedding. Then goes from there into their future. Jim still works at the advertising company and Pam works (exclusively) at a publishing company where she is an illustrator of children's stories.
I added a few more characters ;) and am planning on keeping almost all of the characters from the previous story.

Not bad for a first shot. I'm sure the lack of reviews has something to do with the subject matter. It's sensitive and people are afraid to offend.
Also, I really don't think the question mark in the title works. I thought it would be a silly story, the question mark just reads weird, I dunno.
But I applaud your bravery, it's always hard to post something for the first time. And welcome to MTT!! :)
