i love how you keep both of these chapters in the dream world by ending with her finally speaking, but we don't know what she says. It is quite obviously implied, but the point of the story is the dream that incites a reaction. i really love this. can't wait for the next chapter!
Author's Response: I've written those conversations so many times before. I wanted this time to be about what caused her to move - rather than what she said when she finally did. Know what I mean? I guess you do - because that's basically what you just said. LOL! Anyway - I'm so very glad you liked it. People have been quiet in regards to feedback on this one and I was worried I was way off base. I'm happy to know you got it!

i really liked this concept. until my favorite ring (ring 5) turned out to be a karen proposal. haha, really though. i'll stop being silly and tell you i loved it. there are some great concepts here, and i really like ring 10 and 11 how jim's like um no thanks.

jim is really screwing things up for himself... i mean if he's not careful, karen's gonna dump him and pam is going to be SUPER pissed. what was he thinking? boys are so dumb! nice development with kelly and ryan though... hmm... i'm still not sure if karen's cheating though. i think jim's looking really hard for a way out of the relationship. nice chapter... can't wait for more :)

i would love to know what happens after this. i mean, does she dump roy? that's the biggest question left after reading this. but my first reaction is a heartfelt squee! :) it's really well written and believable. good job.

i love this oh so much! PRECIOUS! for a minute there i thought her and jim were divorced and i was ready to give up... then FLONKERTON! such a great connection. i can totally see Jim saving the day with Flonkerton with some little kids :) i love it. i can't wait to see where this goes.

oh. my. GOODNESS! i love this! it's awesome! i was laughing at some of the earlier reactions, then when i got to karen and jim my stomach was in knots, just like while watching the episode last night. and of course you end it with "I can't." how appropriate. great fic. i love it!

i really like this idea because this is obviously someone jim will be brutally honest with, so there is potential for us to get inside his head and find out what's going on. and i, for one, would like some answers about what's going on in jim halpert's head. or at least what YOU say is going on there :)

HAHAHAHAHA. why were we privy to karen's dream instead of jims??? although they both seem equally entertaining :) i just have to say that i love the fact that her "heinous crime" is simply dating Jim while not being Pam. because seriously? that is a serious offense, and it's been going on for far too long unpunished. i could definately get behind this idea. good job!
p.s. i'm with you on missing karen, kinda. i could have loved her if she hadn't been the other woman.
I think there would be very little dialogue in Jim's dream. Mostly squeals and grunting. And slippy, wet Jell-O noises...

hehe i like this take on plotting jim. i can totally see him doing that. also, the breakup with karen was real... i'm pretty sure she freaked out if he did say something to her before he left.
