When Jim and Pam to try to sneak out for a day by telling Michael they have a dentist appointment, the result is as painful as puling teeth. Accompanied by Dwight, they set off for a memorable appointment, featuring Novacain, drills, a naughty hygienist, and an even naughtier dentist.

I know I do fluff, but this is fluffier probably than any fluff I've ever written. I think I've sickened myself...but it is what it is. I'm sure lots of you are familiar with the "old navy song" -- well Ingrid Michaelson sings it and it totally inspired this sugary bit of autumn spun fluff!
