At first I thought these were all about Meredith, and I really liked them. (I was so excited to read this, I didn't even notice your notes! :) ) But now that I see that you've included other characters, I like these even more. Good job!

9 Totally believable "behind the scenes" scene. I have a feeling there was some smoochin' going on up there. The only thing I would have loved to have seen would be for Jim and Pam to suddenly hear "Take a chance on me" coming up through an air vent. :)

10 Swedge, this is brilliant. Such a nice way to help bring the archive back from the brink. I can believe that this was the straw (or french fry, as it were), that finally broke the monkey's back. This should have been a deleted scene from the Launch Party episode. Well done.

10 This was all kinds of amazing! Wow... let me just take a second to get my head around the awesome here... :)
First of all, you had me at the rich aroma wrapping around like a quilt. But you didn't stop there. You kept pummeling me with that hilarious German phrase (I guess studying German in college finally paid off!); the folding of napkins into chimerae; the horrifyingly tender image of Dwight singing along to "Fernando"; Matthias, the friendly mouse.
And why does that last image remind me of Mr. Jangles from "The Green Mile?" :P

This basically wrote itself -- not something I intended. I think it's my first ever non Jim/Pam story. But it's about them. :-)

This is a great snippet that I'm sure really took place between them. And I would love to see some jealous!Ryan try and come between Jim and Pam and the ensuing rump-kicking that would surely result. Poor Ryan would be forced to retreat back to his new corporate cocoon with his tail between his legs again... :)

Three things I believe: They love each other. Dunder Mifflin would wear Jim down without Pam there. Parenting ain't easy. This story follows from those three premises.
10 Okay, wow... I'm pretty sure you've got access to a time machine, and you've been to their future and seen this actual series of events. Because... holy cow. This is absolutely believable, to the point of hurting just a little bit. But in a good way.
I applaud writers that have the courage to let these characters fail as well as succeed; that allow the rain to fall in between the sunny, unicorn-and-rainbow filled days we always seem to give Jim and Pam.
Excellent all the way around. And welcome back. I, for one, have noticed your absence and am happy that you have returned.
You aren't going to believe this, but the first draft of the Halloween story I just posted had a scene where Michael pretends to rob the office with a fake gun. I'm not kidding! I took it out because it just wasn't working with the rest of my story. I see now that it fits much better here. And the additional information of Michael pretending to be OJ? Well, that's way better than what I originally had.

Okay, first of all, will you forgive me for not reading this story until now? Can this be a "sin free zone" like Angela's car? (Possibly the funniest line I've ever read--literally guffawing out loud over here!)
I can't even describe how great this was. You write Angela so well it's a little spooky. Now I have to go read the next chapter! This definitely deserved the ribbon it's proudly wearing!
10 Boy, you just don't let up, do you? This chapter is even better than the original Dundies episode! Oh, wow... if only this really happened, right? We never would have had to put up with season 3.
Seriously, though, you've got a solid grasp of the characters, and the dialogue just flows effortlessly like a river. It's a treat to read this, and I'll definitely be following this from now on. :)

Shan, this was PERFECT. I mean...wow... can it be Mose story hour for just a moment? Okay, good.
See, this really hit home for me, because I've been where Jim is. When I first told the future Mrs. Mose I was in love with her, I got the EXACT same reaction as Pam gave Jim. Which is to say, silence and a confused look on her face. And I thought for sure my world was over.
Luckily, Mrs. Mose said essentially the same thing to me that Pam said to Jim, thus alleviating my fears and causing me to step back from the ledge. And, two weeks later, she did say it to me. The rest is history. :)
So yeah, this story really resonated with me on a level I hadn't thought about in a while. Kudos to you and your brilliant mind, my friend!

I really wanted to tell a story about people being just that -- breakable, and ultimately how grace helps keep us from falling apart. 10 McGiggles!! How did I miss this little gem? Chalk it up to my being insanely busy lately and not having much time to read. But this was all sorts of amazing. Crawling inside Michael Scott's head can be a frightening experience, and I applaud the bravery you exhibited in doing so. :)
I love your characterization of Michael here. So many true to life moments, from it being bad luck to wipe off a lipstick kiss, to perhaps the REAL reason he harbors so much animosity towards Toby. Maybe if Toby the HR rep left a bra in the men's room occasionally... :P

Thanks, Mose! I figured Michael would be an amalgam of all things childish and bizarre, and I had a ball writing this. I tried to give it a slightly skewed Christmasy vibe, like A Christmas Story, which is my favorite movie on the planet. I'm glad you enjoyed it!!
